Adil & A.K.A. met in Antwerp during an open mic in December 2011. That evening, the magic happened and they jammed until the early hours.This was the beginning of a sincere friendship and a creative journey. In the beginning there were mostly cover songs, but soon the own inspiration prevailed and emerged own songs: Soulful R & B / pop songs, with in the beginning mainly an acoustic touch. Followed later by elaborate productions. Meanwhile they were also supported by percussionist and drummer Mike Hendrickx and bassplayer Micha Teller.
